"As an experienced Child Care Provider I understand the importance of providing safe, fun, and effective childcare for your little ones.I have a BA honours in Early Childhood Studies and have been working with children of all ages for 16 years. The Nursery has been open for 13 years and we are known locally as a Come and Play Family!"
Kim has worked in early years education for 18 years in a variety of roles, managing mainstream settings but with a passion for supporting children and families with special educational needs, Kim firmly believes every child deserves the best possible start to life and is passionate about providing authentic experiences, natural resources and nature-based practices to support the learning and development of children from 0-5 years. She takes a holistic approach to supporting children and families and thrives in building a community where they feel supported and cared for.

Full Day Care
7am - 6pm ( Flexible sessions )
We understand the importance of caring for your children in a safe and effective way. With all of the services we provide, you can rest assured that your children are in good hands. Our Nursery can cater for all your childcare needs.
Funded Childcare
Achieving 2s / 30 hours / 15 hours
15 Hours Free Childcare (known as Universal Early Years Funding Entitlement)
All 3 & 4-year olds and eligible 2-year-olds receive funding to support up to 570 hours of childcare each year.
30 Hours Free Childcare (known as Extended Early Years Funding Entitlement)
Eligible 3 & 4-year olds can receive funding to support up to 1140 hours of childcare each year.

Our Ethos
Our ethos is that children’s early years are the most important years of their lives. Therefore we strive to provide high quality childcare and education for all children that is appropriate to their individual needs. This is provided for in a positive, respectful, relaxed and homely environment, by supportive adults sensitive to the individual needs of the child and their family.
Working in partnership with parents/carers is vital for effective holistic learning and development for the child. This is achieved by building relationships with the child and family through the key persons approach. The key person will aid the child’s learning and development through helping to ‘stretch’ the child but not push them beyond their capabilitiesÂ
The learning environment is fundamental in providing the children with a sense of security, belonging and effective learning. We provide the children with a learning environment that is appropriate to their age and individual needs. This is monitored and reviewed on a regular basis to maintain the effectiveness of the provision.
Keeping children fit and healthy is also an essential part of the care provided for the children within the nursery.
